We are always thinking of those who follow a special diet, whether that’s by personal choice like the paleo diet, or because of having a food allergy or intolerance.
In our online shop, you will find a wide range of snack bars, healthy alternatives to crisps, soft drinks, healthy chocolate, biscuits, superfoods, sports products and much more… and we’re adding new products right before your eyes…like the new breakfast products which are arriving soon…
At Snack Gods, you can easily filter the products to only view the types you’re interested in, for example, organic products, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, soya-free etc. Of course, you can also search by brand or by product name if you already have your eye on a particular product.
At Snack Gods, we work hard to provide detailed descriptions of the allergens in each product. But we are only human and so we do sometimes make mistakes. If we have made a mistake in a product description and you return it to us, we will reimburse you the full amount paid for the product.
However, even if an allergen is not specifically listed as an ingredient of a product, it is possible that some of our products were made in factories which use the allergen in other food products. In such circumstances, a cross-contamination could occur which may affect you if you are highly sensitive to the allergen in question.
The best thing to do is read the packaging carefully before eating the product inside, or if you’re extremely sensitive to a certain ingredient and you’re still not sure, get in touch with us before buying the product so that we can find out from the manufacturer if the product is safe for someone with that particular allergy.

Making purchases on Snack Gods’ website is safe, because we don’t have access to your card information nor your bank account. This information is managed directly between you, PayPal or the bank authorising the payment, without coming via us…and it’s safe because we’re just generally nice people!

Shipping costs are free for orders from 39 € for shipments to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal mainland). For orders of smaller amounts, shipping costs are € 3.99.
Shipping costs are free for orders from 49 € for shipping to Baleares. For orders of smaller amounts, the shipping charges are 4.99 €.
The shipping is free for orders from 149 € for shipping to Canary Islands. For shipments of smaller amounts shipping costs are 4.99 € (Sale). In the Canary Islands shipments of orders from 149 € must pay tax DUA (15.56 €).
The shipping is free for orders from 149 € for shipping to Portugal. For shipments of smaller amounts shipping costs are 4.99 € (Sale).
Shipping costs are free for orders from 39 € for shipping to Andorra. For orders of smaller amounts, shipping costs are € 3.99. This destination is needed to pay the tax DUA (15.56 €.)
Shipments to Germany, the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands), Austria, Belgium, France (continental), Holland, Italy and Luxembourg they are free for orders from 149 €. For orders of smaller amounts, the shipping charges are 13.99 €.
For shipments to other destinations in the European Union, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and you calculate shipping costs.
We send orders to any country within the EU.
Write to us at email@example.com and, if the delivery has not yet been dispatched, we will let the warehouse know about the change, so that your order arrives at the address you want. Remember to tell us which email address you used to make the order or your order number so that we can find your details.
If it is being sent to mainland Spain or Portugal, and all the products you’ve requested are in stock (we work hard for that to always be the case), your order will arrive between 3 to 5 working days from when you placed it. If you pay by bank transfer, it could take a little longer, unless you send us a copy of the bank transfer in which case we can dispatch the items to you straightaway.
Orders being sent to other locations in the EU normally arrive around 5 working days after the order date.
No, we’re sorry but food goods cannot be returned for health reasons. However, if you are not satisfied with your order because you’ve been sent a product that you didn’t request or because it arrived damaged, write to us as firstname.lastname@example.org and will we do everything possible to find a solution that you’re happy with. (If a product arrived damaged, please attach photos of the damage item to your email.)
Orders are automatically sent from our website straight to our warehouse. If you want to cancel your order, get in touch with us as soon as possible at email@example.com and, if it hasn’t already been dispatched, we will cancel it without charge. If it has already been dispatched then we’re sorry but we will not be able to cancel it.
We try our best to make sure that it doesn’t happen, but if we’ve got muddled up and your order doesn’t match what you paid for or has been damaged en route, then we are really sorry! Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org telling us the details and attaching a photo of the damaged products, and we will do everything possible to find a solution that you’re happy with. Remember to tell us the email address that you used to process your order or your order number, so that we can find the order in question on our system.
